This load test chamber is developed by the company for many years, and its structure and quality can be comparable to European and American products. At present, it has been adopted by the quality control units of several large domestic enterprises and has been affirmed. It is a very novel and practical "load test box".

特點FEATURES

  • 電阻線採無導磁性之鎳鉻合金線,溫度與電阻值之變化穩定、長時間使用電流不變。
  • 電阻線之外觀成橢圓螺旋狀,並以絕緣子支撐,可防止電阻線間短路及縮小外箱體積。
  • 負載箱電阻線之組合,採分段排列方式,各組分開獨立,易於保養與拆卸。
  • 冷卻方式採用馬達風扇強制散熱排出。
  • 不同負載之輸出完全以「電磁接觸器」來遠方操作操控。
  • 加卸載方式可分段,依所需要之負載電流大小,任意增加減少。
  • The resistance wire is made of a non-magnetic nickel-chromium alloy wire, and the temperature and resistance values are stable, and the long-time use current is constant.
  • The appearance of the resistance wire is elliptical in shape and supported by an insulator to prevent short circuit between the resistance wires and reduce the volume of the outer casing.
  • The combination of the load box resistance wires is arranged in a segmented manner, and the components are opened independently, which is easy to maintain and disassemble.
  • The cooling method uses a motor fan to force heat dissipation.
  • The output of different loads is completely controlled by remote operation with "magnetic contactor".
  • The loading and unloading mode can be segmented and increased arbitrarily according to the required load current.
